On 31st July 1993, His Majesty, Kabaka Ronald Muwenda Mutebi II took the reins of Buganda Kingdom.
As we commemorate Amatikkira@30, I take the opportunity on behalf of my family, the NUP_Ug and the opposition fraternity in Parliament_Ug to congratulate KabakaWange for steering Buganda on a steady path of development.
The last 30 years of your reign have been exemplary to those in leadership at different levels.
You have calmly and steadily rebuilt the Kingdom that had mercilessly been destroyed.
The gains in building a united Buganda and the strides in ending poverty in the kingdom is something to write home about.
We are grateful for your wise leadership.
Your example is for all to emulate.
