Kampala Metropolitan Police spokesperson, Patrick Onyango, told the state-run New Vision that they had been notified about the shooting at the NUP offices and investigations are on-going. Police has finally summoned Kampala socialite Charles Otim aka Sipapa over shooting bullets at the National Unity Platform (NUP) head offices.
“This is not the first time Sipapa has attacked NUP offices in Kamwokya. His first attack was on August 30 and the recent one of September 15,” Onyango said.
“We have summoned Sipapa and he is going to be answerable to the shooting at the NUP offices.”
