The High Court has dismissed the case filed by members of NURP Difas Basile and Hassan Twala against the founder of NURP Moses Kibalama, Robert Kyangulanyi, EC, NUP and many other officials of NUP accusing them of making fraudulent changes to their party Constitution and effecting it’s take over without following due procedure.
Justice Musa Ssekaana dismissed the case without cost to the respondents saying the case was filed outside the mandatory three months within which an application for Judical review can be filed.
The judge said the case is an abuse of court process as it was not brought unfer any known procedure.
